DMCA notice and copyright policy
How rights holders can report content, what a valid notice must include, and how we respond.

Our position
IPTVTODAY respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement. We do not host, produce or store the underlying media content; we operate technical infrastructure and supply access credentials. Where we receive a valid notice relating to something within our control, we act on it.
Submitting a notice
Send notices to support@iptvtoday.ca with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To be actionable, your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the work
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list.
- Identification of the material
The specific channel name, stream identifier or URL you are complaining about, with enough detail for us to locate it. A general complaint about the service as a whole cannot be acted upon.
- Your contact details
Full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A good-faith statement
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
What happens next
- We acknowledge valid notices, normally within 2 business days.
- We review the notice and, where it is valid and relates to material within our control, we remove or disable access to the identified material promptly.
- We notify the affected account holder where applicable.
- We keep a record of notices received and actions taken.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@iptvtoday.ca including: your contact details; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court; and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
A note on false claims
Submitting a notice you know to be false may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be certain before you file.
