Who's IPTVTODAY

A small team running an IPTV service built specifically for Canadian households — what we do, how we work, and how to reach us.

What we do

IPTVTODAY is an IPTV Canada provider. We sell one thing: a subscription that streams live television, video on demand and catch-up TV to whatever device you already own, with a channel lineup built around what Canadians actually watch.

We have been running since 2019. Our members are concentrated in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta, with a good number in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the Maritimes — the breakdown is on our coverage map.

Why we are Canada-only

Plenty of IPTV services sell everywhere and tune for nowhere. We decided early to do the opposite. That means:

  • The Canadian channels sit on priority servers, not buried in an international list.
  • Prices are set in Canadian dollars and we accept Interac e-Transfer, because that is how Canadians pay.
  • Support runs in English and French.
  • Our routing is optimised for the hours Canadians watch — which mostly means surviving a Saturday evening when every hockey game starts at once.

How we work

Orders are activated by a person, not a script. That is slower than fully automated competitors — usually 10 to 15 minutes rather than instant — but it means somebody has checked your line works before you ever open the app.

Support runs on WhatsApp and Telegram rather than a ticket system, because when your picture freezes during a game you want an answer in two minutes, not a case number.

What we will not do

  • We will not claim a channel is in the lineup when it is not. Ask before you buy and you will get a straight answer, even if the answer costs us the sale.
  • We will not lock you into a contract. Nothing auto-renews. When your plan ends, it ends.
  • We will not hide the refund terms. They are written on the refund policy page with a clear time limit.

How to reach us

Email support@iptvtoday.ca, or use live support for anything urgent. Full contact details, including WhatsApp and Telegram, are on the contact page.
