Terms and conditions

The rules that apply when you buy and use an IPTVTODAY subscription. Please read them before ordering.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using a subscription from IPTVTODAY ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. These terms should be read together with our privacy policy, refund policy and legal disclaimer.

2. What the service is

We provide access to an internet television streaming service. We supply account credentials — an M3U playlist link and Xtream Codes API details — which you load into a third-party media player application of your choosing. We do not supply hardware, and we do not supply the player application.

The service requires a working broadband internet connection which you are responsible for providing and paying for. Performance depends substantially on the quality of that connection.

3. Your account

  • Your credentials are personal to you. Do not publish, resell or share them.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
  • Tell us promptly at support@iptvtoday.ca if you believe your credentials have been compromised, and we will reissue them.
  • You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your province or territory.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell or redistribute your credentials, except under an approved reseller agreement.
  • Record, rebroadcast, or publicly perform content received through the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches the laws applicable where you are located.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with our infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or harvest streams.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you. See our legal disclaimer.

5. Device and connection limits

Each plan permits a set number of simultaneous streams: one on the 1 Month plan, two on the 3 and 6 Month plans, and three on the 12 Month plan. You may install the app on as many devices as you like; the limit applies to how many stream at the same moment. Exceeding your limit may result in streams being dropped or the account being temporarily suspended.

6. Payment and renewal

  • All prices are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your plan ends, it ends, unless you choose to renew it.
  • Access begins once payment is confirmed and the account is activated, usually within 15 minutes during normal hours.
  • Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

7. Availability and changes to content

We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network faults, upstream provider changes and circumstances outside our control can cause interruptions.

Channel lineups and on-demand libraries change over time. Individual channels may be added, removed or changed without notice. If a channel that was central to your decision to subscribe becomes unavailable, contact us and we will discuss options with you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly for credential sharing, resale outside an approved agreement, or attempts to interfere with our systems. Where a breach appears accidental we will normally contact you first.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed broadcasts or loss of enjoyment.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which the customer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Contact
