Leave a review
If you have bought a subscription from us, we would like to hear how it actually went — good or bad.
Why we ask for your order number
So the review means something
Anyone can type a five-star review. An order number ties it to a real purchase, which is the only reason we are entitled to label reviews “verified”. We do not publish reviews without one.
What we do with it
| Do you publish bad reviews? | Yes. A page of nothing but five stars tells a reader nothing, and they know it. |
|---|---|
| Will you edit my words? | No, apart from trimming blank space. If something is factually wrong we reply underneath rather than changing it. |
| What gets shown publicly? | Your name as you typed it, your city, your rating and your text. Never your order number, email or phone. |
| How long until it appears? | After we match the order number, usually within a couple of days. |
Something wrong with your service? The live chat will get it fixed faster than a review will.
